This blouse exudes an air of simplicity and is so easy to pair with just about any pants or jeans. The black and white stripe design comes in soft chiffon and a fabric waistband is included with the blouse. You can even use your own coloured belts to mix and match to add a dash of colour to the outfit. Belt loops are sewn on to hold a belt in place too.
